FAQ

The questions you'd ask before letting AI touch your inbox.

Fair concerns deserve straight answers. Here's what you need to know about how InboxPall works, what it sees, and what it can't do without you.

What counts as an important missed email?

InboxPall weighs sender importance, intent, deadlines, direct asks, emotional urgency, and your own configured rules.

Why Telegram instead of another inbox app?

Telegram is fast, low-friction, and ideal for quick confirmations. InboxPall uses it as a command layer, not as your primary mailbox.

Does InboxPall send replies automatically?

Not by default. The core product flow is approval-first, with Telegram as the confirmation step before anything is sent.

How much does it cost?

InboxPall is priced at $5 or €5 monthly per inbox. One inbox, one flat fee, cancel any time.

Will it work with Gmail and Outlook?

The product concept supports Gmail, Outlook, and standard IMAP inboxes. This site demonstrates the product experience only.

Do you train on customer emails?

No. InboxPall is positioned as a privacy-first service and the copy throughout the site reflects that product stance.
